Die Deepwell-Platte ist ein im Labor häufig verwendetes Verbrauchsmaterial und wird im Allgemeinen für DNA-Nachweis, Reaktionen mit hohem Durchsatz, Lagerung und Transfer von Proben sowie zum Nachweis von Antikörpertitern verwendet. Sie ist in den letzten Jahren als eines der wichtigsten Verbrauchsmaterialien für Nukleinsäuretests beliebt geworden. Unsere Deepwell-Platte besteht aus Polypropylen (PP). Dank ihrer ausgezeichneten chemischen Verträglichkeit kann sie für eine Vielzahl von Laborreagenzien wie polare organische Lösungen sowie saure und alkalische Lösungen verwendet werden. Das Erscheinungsbild ist ebenfalls SBS-konform. Das Produkt kann mit einer Vielzahl von Automatisierungsinstrumenten verwendet werden. Insbesondere lassen sich die 96-Well-Platten (1 ml) in Kombination mit Magnet-Bead-Kits einsetzen.

Eigenschaften

* Stabile chemische Eigenschaften, ausgezeichnete Beständigkeit gegen chemische Korrosion sowie hohe Temperaturen und Druck
* Gleichmäßige Dicke der Boden- und Seitenwände der Platte, glatte Platte, kein Flüssigkeitsaustritt; gleichmäßiger Well-Durchmesser
* Alphanummerische Markierungen auf der Platte und abgeschrägte Ecken erleichtern Identifizierung und Handhabung
* Die 96-Well-Deepwell-Platte kann entweder mit einer Dichtungsmembran oder einem Silikonpad versiegelt werden
* Maximale RZB 3.000 ×g, ohne Beschädigung oder Verformung
* Temperaturbereich: - 80 °C bis 121 °C
* Sterilisierte und unsterilisierte Versionen sind erhältlich, SAL 10-6
* DNase/RNase-frei, pyrogenfrei

Probenlagerung
Dieses Produkt kann das herkömmliche 1,5-ml-Zentrifugenröhrchen für die Probenlagerung ersetzen. Es bietet hervorragende Platzeinsparungen, großes Lagervolumen, aufgeräumte Anordnung und eignet sich auch für die Kühlung bis zu – 80 °C. Daher wird es auch als Aufbewahrungsplatte bezeichnet.
Probenbehandlung
Unterstützt den Betrieb biologischer Proben mit hohem Durchsatz durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Mehrkanal-Mikropipetten und automatisierten Liquid Handling-Systemen mit hohem Durchsatz. Dazu gehören Proteinausfällung, Flüssigkeitsdosierung und Nukleinsäureextraktion, was die Effizienz der Probenbehandlung erheblich verbessert.
Probenhandhabung
Geeignet für den Einsatz mit verschiedenen Arten von Automatisierungsgeräten; kann für die direkte Handhabung von Proben verwendet werden. Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Probenhandhabungsmethoden erhöht das Produkt die Probenmenge in der Probenkammer um den Faktor 2, während es auch eine direkte Probenhandhabung nach der Behandlung in der 96-Well-Platte ermöglicht. Das reduziert den Gesamtaufwand für
hin- und hergehende Probenvorgängen.

FAQ about well plates

* Size information of commonly used microwell plates?

The well plate size of this series conforms to ANSI/SBS well plate size standard, American National Standards Institute (ANSI ) and Society for Biomolecular Sciences (SBS, now affiliated to the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening ( SLAS))

 

* What is the chemical resistance of microwell plate?

In general, well plates are used for solution and cell culture. If organic solvents are involved, please confirm and verify the well plates according to the specific material of its before use.

 

* What is the range of centrifugal force that the microwell plate can withstand?

We recommend that the centrifugal force not exceed 1,300 g. If there are other treatments affecting the mechanical strength of the well plate before centrifugation, the above suggestions may not be applicable. Please test and verify before use.

 

* Does the deep well plate can be applied to cell culture?

It’s mainly used for sample treatment and preservation. The surface made of polypropylene has not been treated, and we have not tested it for cell culture. So it is recommended that you pre-test for specific applications and conditions before conducting relevant experiments.
