The Bio-Reaction Tube with Septum is a type of bio-reaction tube that enables direct liquid adding or sampling using a injection needle without the need to remove the cap. It can be used for suspension cell and microbial culture and is widely applied in cell line research, clone selection, medium optimization, and recombinant protein development.
The Bio-Reaction Tube with Septum from JET BIOFIL features a silicone pierceable septum added on the basis of the vent cap. The pierceable septum is designed with a cross-shaped slit that can be closed repeatedly, allowing multiple piercing while maintaining excellent sealing. This enables direct liquid adding or sampling without removing the cap, reducing contamination risk and making it compatible with automated liquid-handling stations in labs.

* The graduations on the tube body are marked with the maximum volume for liquid adding when freezing, with clear black markings on the surface for easy observation
